If you are already comfortable in the deep water and would like to learn how to freestyle properly, then you have come to the right place!
Is your goal to improve your freestyle technique, speed, and stamina? You will be amazed at how much you can accomplish with us in just your first session! Our coaching technique is specifically tailored to maximize amazing results in a limited amount of time. We will teach you the proper techniques to help you become a better swimmer.
This is suitable for adults with the basic swimming skills, but are struggling to complete longer distances.

- To swim at least 100 meters non-stop
- To improve and increase confidence in the freestyle
This program is also perfect for those who are planning to / who are joining triathlons, aqualthlons, or other long distance swimming competitions.
Our Freestyle Crash Course Program includes 3 sessions – one hour per session.
We allow students to book 2 succeeding sessions (a total of 2 hours) on the same date, to maximise the pool fee on SOME venues, subject to slot availability.
- Example: 1 session booking for 9:00 – 10:00 AM and another session for 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM.
The program must be completed within 21 days, and a minimum of 1 session must be booked per week, to ensure the progress between the instructor and the student.
- Example: 3 sessions in 3 weeks.
Schedules are pre-arranged and flexible. Booking of slots is on a “first-come, first-served” basis.

To qualify for our Freestyle Crash Course Program, you must be able to swim in deep pools and can swim 25 meters non-stop freestyle.
