Survival swimming is not meant to replace traditional swimming, but rather to teach the basic skills necessary to survive an unexpected fall into deep water – an important first step in saving your life. 

This Program is ideal for those who have background in swimming already, but would like to learn further the basics of survival swimming. This is NOT suitable to people with water phobia or to people who are afraid
of the deep water.

  • Breathing techniques
  • Snorkelling without any floatation devices
  • Treading
  • Survival floatin


  • To be increase comfortability in the deep water
  • To build up your confidence even without the
    use of any floatation devices or gear

Course duration: 
Our Basic Swim Survival Program includes 3 sessions – one hour per session. 

We allow students to book 2 succeeding sessions
(a total of 2 hours) on the same date, to maximise
the pool fee on SOME venues, subject to slot

  • Example: 1 session booking for 9:00 – 10:00 AM and another session for 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM.

The program must be completed within 21 days, and a minimum of 1 session must be booked per week, to ensure the progress between the instructor and the student. 

  • Example: 3 sessions in 3 weeks. 

Schedules are pre-arranged and flexible. You may choose different venues for each session. We will give you access to our booking site that will allow you to choose your preferred dates once you have finished your first session. Booking of slots is on a “first-come, first-served” basis.
